The service
Bridgely operates a managed talent network. We introduce vetted engineers, contract with both sides, and administer the engagement.
Client obligations
Approve timesheets accurately and on time, pay invoices by the due date, and do not solicit engineers outside the platform during an active engagement.
Engineer obligations
Submit accurate timesheets, maintain agreed availability, and keep client information confidential.
Rates and billing
Client rates are agreed per engagement. Engineer payout rates are agreed separately and confidentially.
Termination
Either party may end an engagement with the notice period stated in the engagement contract.
