Do I pay anything?
No. Talent never pays fees. Your hourly rate is what you are paid for every approved hour.
Will I see the rate before I accept?
Yes. Every opportunity shows your hourly rate, hours per week, duration and expected start date before you express interest.
How do I get paid?
You submit a weekly timesheet. Once approved, payment is scheduled and tracked in your dashboard.
